"Just want to thank you especially and of course the Band for

the initiative in once again trying to get both Bands together to make their

 presntations at the Cale. I for one think it went of exremely well and must

 say that this year the event was particularly well received - lots of new

 faces and great fun had by all. The City of Montevideo Pipe Band made a

 tremendous contribution to this success and I would ask you to convey my

 thanks to the rest of the band and also the girls for their invaluable

 contribution."
